Excalibur - Exalted Blade's Blind

DE please, for the Love of the Lotus, make an Exilus for Excalibur that disables the Exalted Blade's Spin Blind, this effect is highly undesirable as it occurs too often when using Exalted Blade and Spin attacking to approach enemies, draining unnecessary energy from players.

As with all Warframe Augments that that disables something in their Passive/Kit, it could come accompanied by +15% Power Strength or some other useful Stats.

It seems like it just shouldn't cost 25 energy.  Probably 0, maybe 5.

As with all Warframe Augments that that disables something in their Passive/Kit, it could come accompanied by +15% Power Strength or some other useful Stats.

I think they should remove it entirely or code it as an actual Radial Blind/Howl, including its ability to trigger things like [Brief Respite] or things coded as abilities. If you haven't tried before, if you subsume off Radial Blind, it disables the EB slide functionality but drains the energy anyways...

 

We could also compromise and keep it but trade it for doubling EB's CC, SC, base damage, triple the speed of the waves, add the waves to heavy attacks, give it an arcane slot. I think that would be fair.
