Trying to merge and already passed the founding warlord to another so it should not give this message, but clicked xbox as primary acount so it should stay the same as it already is

SORRY! You are trying to Link or Merge a Secondary Account where you are the Founding Warlord of a Clan with additional members. You may only choose this as your Primary Account. Otherwise, you must first promote a new Founding Warlord in-game and try again. Error code #106.
