Progression Transfer Issues

I did a Cross Save yesterday merging my Xbox and Switch account to my PC account. I can't leave Earth because it's telling me I have to do Vor's Prize but when I try to do it, it says "Follow the marker in your Dorimzone to begin the Warframe path." I can't reach Cetus because of this either. The only places I can go are E Prime, Mariana, Mantle, Gaia, Lith, Cambria, Pacific and the Venus Junction (can't go past it though.) 

I also can't access the Arsenal, Foundry, Mod Bench, Market, Codex, Incubator , Void Relic Console, Personal Quarters, Transference Room nor Syndicates. I can, however, access my Warframes through changing my loadout but I can't change anything about said loadouts without the Arsenal of course.

My Mastery is also stuck at 0 and I can't initiate the test due to this message: "[PH] You must complete Vor's Prize to attempt this test."

I cannot access any Chat other than Squad Chat (when I load into any of the basic missions on Earth).
