I didnt PC to console migrate

I sent a report in yesterday which hasnt been answered, but the problem is it say my account isnt allowed to merge because of it did the migration. I started the game at the start of Jan of 2015 on PS4, then the PC to console thing happened later that year, also my pc account was created for this. I thought it was a chance to me to PS4 -> PC, which it wasnt. I went through the entire process of migrating until i found out i would lose my progress and backed out. I started from the ground up on both accounts, i would love if somebody could look into this.
