Lost some Weapons when merging my PS and PC Accounts with the PC Account as Primary

I merged my PS Account (which had all my stuff, MR17 and quite a few Prime Weapons and Frames) with my PC Account (which has only ~50 hours).

I haven't played on either accounts for a few years, the last time i played was when wisp released, so both accounts are really old.

I made the PS Account my Primary Account during the merge because its where i'm farther into the story and have more stuff. But now playing on PC, i noticed that quite a few Weapons are gone,  like my Lesion, which is my most used melee weapon. Many other weapons, like my gundao, dragon nikana, akstiletto, aksomati, etc have been lost as well.

Weirdly enough it seems like no Frames and Primary weapons got lost, only Secundaries and Melee weapons.

Is this a known issue that has been reported before?
