son was playing on xbox while I was merging my account

So as the title said my son just started playing warframe and was on it while I was on the PC. Instead of using my xbox info that is logged in on the PC I guess it picked up on him playing. Now his account is gone and I cannot merge or link so I can play on xbox because its in his name my account. I do have a ticket in but i am sure will not be answewred till next year. is there something I missed where I can delete a linked account and he can restart?
