I cannot connect to my account anymore 😩

So, I’ve merged my switch and PC account yesterday, unfortunately for me now I cannot connect to any of them 🤔

The message I get is:

”Login failed. Check your info”
 

I can however connect to my account on the website.

I’ve tried the router, I’ve changed my password, my boyfriend changed the IP address of my PC…he tried my account on his pc, tried connecting to a phone hotspot, still no luck

I don’t know what to do anymore

Help 😩😂

Not yet, I’ve send a ticket but I don’t think I will get any answer until january ):

Personally I can finally connect to my account and play, I don't really know what happened but hay at least now I can play xD
