catpime1 Posted December 24, 2023 Share Posted December 24, 2023 Recently since cross platform save came out for a day and I merge my Xbox PC and switch account together all items to be here but my Platinum is not merged I have 50 on my switch and 170 on my PC when I log into the companion app I can see 170 that was on the original PC account but when I log on to the switch it says 50 what can I do to fix this. NastuDragneell Posted December 24, 2023 Share Posted December 24, 2023 You cannot fix it because the switch are not allowed to share the platinum, I believed only on Pc, xbox and playstation are the only ones that you can have platinum over but like you said you can still access them when you login in your switch.
