A lot of progress reset

I was under the impression that my questline/node completion would be getting merged not overwritten so i guess i got screwed a little but i also lost 99% of my tenno tree exp. i was 1 node from max Zenurik and had quite a few Waybound points and now i have 0 Waybounds and not even 10% of my main tree completion. Where else should i go to ask about this problem?

I forgot to add i lost a massive amount of Subsumes for my helminth and im sure my reputations are reset to console as well. If theres a way to rollback both accounts to remerge PC primary instead of console id be fine because my console just had my stuff and PC had all my progress for the last 3/4 years after swapping over.
