I can't level up

Ok so i fuse My Xbox and switch account and suddenly i got a Lot of xp, (i'm rank 16) enough to level up, so i did the challenge (rank 17) and when i completed it with no problem the Game told me that i level up to 16!!! The level that i'm right now!! and Even if the Lotus said they i completed the challenge, the Game appears like i need to wait 24 hours to do the challenge again, i did this 2 times in a row so i don't now what to do now.
