Companions unable to be selected after cross save

Hello, I was apart of the cross save during the 1hour stress test earlier this week, when I did the cross save with my PC and PS account (this is now the main one), there was a kubrow egg incubating I wanna say with like 1 day and 11 hours left.  while every time I attempt to open the incubator it just immediately closes the menu. At this current point of time, I cannot access my incubator segment and use any companions that are animals due to this situation.  I believe the reason is because my PS had a smeeta kavat already selected as its companion and since you cannot have both at the same time the egg took priority, however now I cannot see the egg nor access the incubator. It'll be sentinel only for the time being.
