when alt tap the game freeze on warframe mod

i am not sure if this old PC bug DE don't fix yat or this new bug for cross-save(i transferred from ps4 to PC) 

where and how does this bug start?

on warframe mod screen, and it starts with alt tap out the game and alt tap in i cant switch Polarity mods or install new mods or get out but i can move my mouse 

how did you get around this bug?

if there mod on my warframe click and hold it and move it to another slots mod and that fixes it but if there is no mod on warframe..yaa it game over and need to force close the game
