Does Equilibrium trigger arcane energy?

Does picking up a health orb and converting it to energy via equilibrium trigger Arcane Energize??   Do Energy/HP orb+ shards work with Equilibrium?   (AKA if I pick up an HP orb would it convert and get boosted by yellow energy orb+ shards??   Would an HP orb + HP orb+ give tons of extra energy??

Nope to both questions. The orb also grants energy, but doesn't count as an energy pickup, and likewise, same happens for the yellow shards.
The health orb will get boosted, but the energy amount you receive is equivalent to the pre-buff.

I can't remember testing this or not, but the Wiki article on Equilibrium says no:

The effects of  Arcane Energize and  Energy Pulse do not apply to energy from converted health orbs. Likewise,  Arcane Pulse does not apply to health from converted energy orbs.

Also...

Health and/or energy orb efficiency from  Amber Archon Shard is not taken into account and will only use the orb's base values.
