Toa-Ignicus Posted January 8 Share Posted January 8 (edited) So after I had joined the ranks of fellow Cross-save players, I had purchased the Conquera Virmink Floof Plush from the merch store. I bought it with the code going to my Xbox profile as that is the primary account I had setup, but upon submitting the code and it successfully going through, I had not received an inbox message with the digital good enclosed nor is it anywhere in my inventory. I would greatly appreciate any assistance on the matter. I had sent a report to the support section, but all I seem to get are generic emails saying the support lines are clogged. Edit 1/29/24: Support just contacted me and after confirming purchase, the digital good has made its way to my inventory.
