Unable to use Rubedo Skins on Steam While Cross Saved (PC/Steam)

Hi there!

 

I activated my Cross Save recently with the big rollout at the end of last month and have been playing exclusively on PC through the Steam DRM since. I have all 4 platforms linked and I honestly expected to keep my Rubedo Plated Rhino Skin/Helmet and Rubedo Plated Yamako Syandana that I purchased from the Steam Community Market last year. I tried equipping them today only to find out they are no longer in my Warframe inventory but do exist in my Steam inventory. This is honestly upsetting because I did pay real money for them even though they're currently worth around $2 USD all in all. I am playing on the platform they are bound to so I honestly did expect to be able to use them. The only thing I can think of about why this may have happened was my "main account" for Cross Platform Save was my Xbox profile and I merged everything else with that. I just want my skins back.
