Missing items after account merge

After the account merge, I've noticed several items missing, some are warframes others visuals.

Before the merge I've had some warframes like Rhino Prime, Octavia, companions like one dog (kubrow) and a Carrier prime.

After the account merge I've got like most of my inventory, but several items are missing. I've opened a titcket and the response were:
We can't do anything because you requested the one time account migration before to switch.

Ok... but, how even with this one time account migration (different from account merge) I still got some items, like my excal prime and a few visuals, but most of it were lost. (check the prints before the merge)
