Cant play the game after merge

After i merged my pc account to my ps5 which is primary ive been unable to play the game since yesterday and still today already sent a ticket yesterday but no word everytime i launch the game i get a message that says "Unable to connect. Please ensure you have the latest Warframe update installed." Theres no update for warframe or my console ive tried restarting my ps5 and router reinstalling the game etc nothing seems to work this sucks too as i was reallly looking foward to not only get all of my pc items that i was missing but enjoy playing gauss prime on day 1 guess that wont be possible sigh... Hopefully this can be resolved soon
