Not all achievements transfering over with Cross-save

So, i linked my Xbox account as per instructions and everything went pretty well. I downloaded, opened the game and got a flood of achievements that i had unlocked on my xbox account. BUT, not all of them got transfered.

For exemple: The achievement "Moa Money, Moa Problems" unlocks after you "Aquire a Moa pet". I have this achievement on Xbox, i have all moas maxed on my account and i still have one currently on my arsenal. But for some reason this achievement and many others did not get unlocked.  

Is this a problem with cross-save? a Bug with the achievement itself or is it a steam problem ? 

I could just build another Moa, but there are like, 30+ other achievements that i know i've done with the same problem.

Should i open a ticket ? or it is what it is ?

Yea the same thing is happening for me, most of the stuff didn't transfer. Most that did transfer was just my level up achievements.

Edit: So I logged out then back in a few times and it updated, once again not every achievement came through but still.
