Cross Save Issues, Can't Login

I've been playing Warframe since 2018 with over 3500 hours, so a long time supporter here. I managed to link my two accounts, one PS4 and one PC, but it was never specified which login would be used where or if I only need the email and password for one account now. So when I go to login on Warframe I get timed out for typing in too many failed password attempts. I tried logging in with both emails and passwords but it keeps saying they're wrong when I know they're not.

I'm under the impression my password was somehow changed. Because I used to log into Warframe with my PS account, which PS has different password requirements. But now that I want to link my accounts to PC, I noticed Warframe too has different password requirements compared to my PS login and it seems my login was changed because its not working. I would like to request a password reset to my account.
