Acceltra Prime's projectiles are not affected by Terminal Velocity mod(+60% projectile speed)

As in the title, Terminal Velocity has no effect on Acceltra Prime.

To add to this, in the Sim I can't tell that it has any effect on vanilla Acceltra either.  In fact if I use Zephyr Jet Stream with 322% projectile speed, I still can't tell.   In comparison, it's quite obviously working on Spira and Akarius Prime.
