Dex/Anniversary Weapon Qualifications?

So, it been announced another beautiful Dex weapon Dex Nikana has been showcased. But my simple question is what Tenno theme weapon can get a Dex variant? Like a Dex Burston and Dex[akimbo] Magus would be cool additions yes or no? I Bet there and plenty of well-designed Tenno theme weapons that can used a breath of new life.

now that there's primary, secondary, and melee anniversary weapons, and warframe skins, I think anything is fair game, As long as it's Tenno/Orokin in origin.

I'd definitely like Dex Magnus next year if we're not getting AkMagnus Prime..
