"hack" Module Breaks When -

So just found this issue when I was playing on "Vesper", anyway here's the steps:

1) Go to any "Hack" object or whatever.

2) Initialize "hacking"

3) Host disconnects or host migrates

4) The timer should've ended and you'll try to access "hack" again but you can't.

Suggestion: Add a time out of 30 seconds to the hack call. Should be easy to add it since it's just a few lines of code in C++.
