I don't know if the foundry and weapon achievements are retroactive (meaning: you've already done them in the past regardless if said items are in inventory.)

 

But the ones really bugging me are:

 

It Keeps Getting Better (10 hours)

Pride of the Lotus (100 hours)

Angel of Death (easily 100+ killed on a good mission)

Pole Weapon Proficiency 1, 2, 3

Pole Weapon Mastery 3 (I didn't do this retroactively, I did it after the achievements were added, still didn't get the achievement)

Shotgun Mastery was buggy for me, I should have had at least rank one retroactively but didn't, so I leveled another shotgun and got rank 1 and 2, but not 3.

Bow Mastery 3 same problem as Shotgun Mastery

 

I also got Pride of the Lotus retroactively, but not Hooked or Keeps Getting Better, but was able to obtain them from playing.

I got Inventor and Scientist in-game but not on steam, until I did a mission and then it unlocked.
