I just went to the Warframe website to see if it was possible to remove 2FA from your account so you could re-add it, but it doesn't seem like that's the case. If you are 1) MR2+ and 2) have enable 2FA on your account but still can't trade, this might be something you'd need to send in a support ticket for to see if DE can fix it for you.
