Cantare and Synth mods?

Question

While Reb was showing off the Cantare's reload effect on the preview stream, I wondered what would happen with the Synth mod set bonuses (reload x% on holster). Could you litter the map with hundreds of knives by not doing an active reload? Also mentioned on stream but not answered - what effect is multishot going to have?

I'm probably not going to get it immediately, so I thought I'd put the idea here for somebody else to test.

I'm guessing it'll be the same as with the Castanas, Talons or Aegrit, you have a max number of Cantare that can exist as entities on the ground, so Arcane Pistoleer or Void relic shenanigans are, perhaps, non doable :(

As for reloading while holstered probably they'll just return to the player so no littering.
