1. Это русский форум. Зачем на английском пишешь? К тому же пишешь на английском безграмотно.

2. Это форум. Форум - не техподдержка.

3. Твои оправдания тут нафиг не нужны. Нужны детали. Что именно за бан? За отрицательную платину? Бан до 2035 года? Или что-то ещё?
