Okay, I can't *really* use this item yet.  I can either sit on it and wait until I CAN use it, or sell it, if I like the deal.

 

Just how rare is this thing?  What's a fair price?

 

(Obviously if someone offers me some ludicrous price like 500 platinum, I'd jump on it like a starving dog to a dropped Thanksgiving turkey).

It's worth 5 platinum. Not really that rare either.

So, This is slightly off topic but then again kinda not. What is the going rate for all the keys? Is it just 5p per key no matter which or what?

Generally T3 keys are worth 5 plat. T2 keys are worth like 2/3 plat I believe and T1 is likely worth nothing.
