Sampotes Slam/Heavy Slam status chance is incorrect

[Instinction]

The Sampotes' slam/heavy slam's status chance is different from what is listed in the arsenal screen. I have over 100% status chance on my Sampotes, yet when I do a slam or heavy slam attack, enemies will not always receive a status proc.

status procs on slam attacks is broken on a lot of weapons at the moment since they made the update regardless of status chance :/

I just noticed this today. I actually made a post on Reddit to see if others experienced the same thing. I tested it on Dragon Nikana, Silva & Aegis, and Mios; and I tested it on the Exalted Melees.
