Paying to join clans via twitch

Hi guys I'm fairly new to the game so I decided to visit twitch and see some other new players starting the game so I saw this Mactics dude stream because he had New player in his stream description and after a while he was saying only tier 3 subs are gonna be able to join his clan.Is this a thing or is there another way to join clans in game?

Paying for access to clans is a violation of DE's TOS and EULA, I would strongly advise reporting the creator for what is known as an "RMT" or "Real Money Transaction" because what they are doing is extremely scummy. Joining clans is not a payed privilege, there are plenty of public clans available to participate in.

Mactics here :) My clan is not exclusive to tier 3 subscribers whatsoever. In fact my primary concern is recruiting newer individuals to warframe that are involved in my community (active in my stream/discord chats) OR experienced warframe players willing to help out those newer players. If you’re interested in joining id highly recommend asking more questions about how to get involved in our communities, making friends in our discord servers, and so on and so forth! Would love to have ya :)

Is "being involved in your community" exclusive to people payings subs ? Hence gating your clan too, which could be used and considered as bait for new players ?

Do not pay for clan recruitment it's totally free simply type LF a clan in recruitment chat in game you will be showered with invites.

First off all if you decided to make a clan you should have read EULA and TOS first who ever advised you to do it this way should be ignored by yourself.I believe you didn't have any malicious intentions but if someone has to be a tier 3 sub just to help you out build that clan up is messed up
