Sure, he's got more in his kit, but the other 4s are all set-it-and-forget-it abilities that don't factor into his gameplay loop. Dude has three buffs that requires three button-presses each and a single nuke that requires three button-presses. 

In general gameplay, Dante IS exclusively Tragedy-spam. 

Or you know, a weapon-plateform so you don't have to spam more abilities.
