Sevagoth getting softlocked in sanctuary onslaught and elite sanctuary onslaught

haven't made many bug reports before, so I'm not entirely sure if I'm doing this right, but-
when going through a portal as sevagoth's shadow, the game may enter a state where you're forever stuck in the zone change effect, cannot die, and the timer and efficiency meters never change, while you are unable to use any abilties or weapons, and move at the zone change speed.
more reliably happens if you're in the shadow and die as the area change is happening.
only fix is to abort the mission.

This also happened to me, but I couldn't even abort the mission (the menu appears but you can't click Abort Mission or any other line)
Similar issue also happened when I went into portal as sevagoth prime (not shadow)

I have to alt+f4 out of the game and lose everything I got in SO (trying to get khora systems and then get bugged the moment I get it)

Edit: Both times I was playing alone after host migration, but I got through a few zones after it
