We need more variety of Primary Arcanes

We need more variety of primary arcanes. You have two elemental effects (Blight and frostbite) which are just crit and multi shot, Deadhead, Merciless. For Shotgun and Bows you have 1 each, but those are limited. This is it. The other ones are so niche as to basically never be used.

Compared to Secondary, there is nothing interesting here. Secondary has all of these AND ALSO status effect stacking (encumber and empowered), overguard (fortifier), energy (surge), reload and multishot (instead of just crit and mutlishot) and other trigger conditions that just kills or element type (overcharge, accuracy).

We need more to do with the primary slot.

Warframe arcanes are over saturated. They actually need to remove some of them (resistance arcanes, arcanes specifically based on weapon arcanes not existing yet that no longer have a purpose, duplicated functionality, etc.). They could actually transfer some arcanes from Warframes to weapons.

Secondaries are good, and melee is new so we will see (Affliction as the first new one since they were added is a good sign). It's Primaries that have a a lack of actually usable arcanes.

Lots of them are just boring +damage (maybe on some condition like status or kill) or just doesn't work (Arcane double back).
