Reworking the milestone reward weapon series

Sigma & Octantis, Zenith, Azima, and Zenistar all deserve some kind of buff to keep them relevant. Like i get it, Zenistar funny disc go nyoom with ivara. But that shouldn't be the only application imo.

I feel like they should get... something. Maybe incarnon is the wrong way to go here but could you imagine if the Sigma & Octantis had an actual damaging explosion on shield throw?! Or if the Zenith and Azima were able to shoot projectiles that damaged everything in a 4 meter radius but just kept going instead of spinning like a top? Of course there would be alt fire logistics issues, but I feel that this series deserves some kind of love.
