Warframe Tutorials

During the prime time stream you guys mentioned you have been looking here quite a bit, so I would like to pitch an idea for new players :]

I'd like to pitch that you give tutorials for every Warframe in the game covering how to use them, what their abilities do, and in-depth information about how the abilities work and any effects locked behind another cast to proc it that isn't mentioned anywhere... (staring at Oberon not getting armor stripping from Reckoning unless if the enemies are on Hallowed Ground, and it not being mentioned in the game).
The players would complete these tutorials as the Warframe they selected (So if a new player saw Oberon, thought he was cool, and selected his tutorial they would enter a tutorial covering Oberon's abilities). 

As to how you would access these I haven't thought much about, but I thought it would be a cool way to introduce new players into the playstyles of a Warframe instead of having them judging the Warframe's usefulness while they're leveling them up, because a Warframe's abilities aren't gonna do much of anything at unranked with slow leveling and minimal mod capacity & little to no mod upgrades. These tutorials could also reward stuff like credits, endo, and maybe other useful resources to help with upgrading & crafting stuff. This would also be a better way to learn how a Warframe works over being thrown into the undercroft with a frame you've never played, and only ever read the abilities for (assuming you've even remembered to read). 

This could also be expanded on to create more advanced tutorials as players earn new resources to play with, such as better mods, arcanes, and archon shards. To help with introducing players more into building their Warframes and Weapons. These tutorials would vary depending on the intended roles of the Warframe. So Loki's & Ivara's tutorials would probably be more stealth focused, and Warframe's like Inaros & Voruna could be more offensively focused.

The set builds it has you use for these tutorials could come from long-term players who have mained that respective frame for awhile too!

Also on the topic of tutorials, may you please teach new players how to Wall Latch, especially if the Wall Latching puzzle in Lua's Spy mission is gonna stay?
I played through every quest and mission node and I was never taught how to Wall Latch, and months ago when I made it to Lua's spy mission for the first time I got completely stumped on the Wall Latching puzzle because I had never Wall Latched before, and was not aware it was even a thing that you could do. I had to look up a guide, was told that I had to Wall Latch, and then proceeded to spend a few minutes searching up how to Wall Latch. I got stuck for so long on my first run of this mission that I literally failed the mission due to no progress on the objective being made.
