Dissconect after 3-5 minutes

I can connect to people , even able play for 3-5 minutes ,sometimes even 20  , but then starts host migration 
Ping can even stay at 40-60 , game dosent lag , internet connection is stable but still have host migration every time , NAT ports are fine and game Network status says no problem 
Have sombody know the solution ?

Does this happen when you play with everyone or with someone specific? In first case the problem should be on your side and is likely related to your network setup - your PC (its network adapter and network settings), your router/modem, your internet service provider.
