Lower case cyrillic letter "д" doesn't search items with upper case one

I checked my mods I'm having right now and I've discovered that only with lower case "д" I can't find my mods with "Д" in the name.
For example, mod "Дикость" I can't find if i just write down "дикость" like that.

How to achieve this bug:
1. Turn on Russian or Ukranian localization.
2. Write down letter "д" in search bar.
3. Check if items with "Д" and not "д" disappeared.

I don't think that it looks like usual grammatical or dictionary translation error as written in dedicated forum section and more like a general bug.
