Can Koumei has some kind of RNG interaction with mission reward, particularly with Void Relic?
Maybe some form of Double or Nothing where you can spend 50 Void Trace to reroll your current Void Relic reward for a 50% chance of either Void Trace or a different reward from the same Relic.
I feel like it would be fitting since one of her theme is gambling Altering Fate.

Don't you think this would make her the only frame people would take in void fissure missions?  DE typically tries to avoid situations where one choice becomes the undisputed best and all other options feel like you're doing something wrong.  So I don't think this suggestion is particularly realistic.

Wouldn't it be better to ask for void traces or ducats to be used to reroll the reward and for selection timer to have an added reroll phase. 

As a side note this could be used for trolling if you get something someone in your squad wants, but you don't want. So such a system should be avoided or give players the option to lock someone else's roll of implemented.

This is too lacking in commitment and purity, what Koumei needs to interact with, is players connected Wallets, Bank Cards, Visa cards, and so on. If we are going to do the bit, we need to go hard or go home, so "Altering the Fate" of Void Relic Traces is again, too non committal and diluted. you roll triple 6's you get a 75% Voucher. You get triple zeros, and your account is locked until you pay DE real money! House rules! Or something. 

Will definitely Alter a lot of Fates.
