I have a question about cross trade. Can i as an Nintendo switch player trade with other consoles and pc?

For now Nintendo Switch players can trade items with players from other platforms. For that they need to make a cross-save account (just merge your Switch with an account from any other platform or if you don't have such account then make a new PC account and merge your Switch account with it). However, Switch players cannot trade Platinum with players from other platforms. This is restricted by Nintendo.

But DE announced some changes for cross-platform trading. There's no specific information on it for now, but the situation may change soon.

The only thing they announced so far at TGS is that Switch is currently getting their own trade chat so we can actually trade for plat, and not get drowned out in the current disaster that is trade chat for Switch users. Should be out in the next update in the coming days.

Other than that, you're also correct as well. They have unconfrimed/unannounced changes coming to trading over all, or are at least looking into them.

 

Here is screenshot of the TGS announcement which if you can find a VoD for, you can see it there too. It was near the end of the dev stream.
