It literally means "when you deal critital damage:". It should be: Quote เมื่อได้รับความเสียหายถึงชีวิต: กลายเป็นอมตะนาน 5 วินาที และฟื้นฟูพลังชีวิต X% คูลดาวน์: 90 วินาที Whice means "When you're taking letal damage:". It suits the context such better. 1
