Clarification on The Hex [SPOILER] Quest (a spoiler free PSA)

Hi Tenno!

In an attempt to not further spoil the situation here but provide clarity, at launch there was a “Hex [SPOILER]” Quest available after completing “The Hex” Quest. 

This is an unfortunate error, as this [SPOILER] Quest is intended to require 1999 system advancements before being accessible. Players who explore Höllvania should meet the requirements to gain access to this Quest within the next few days. 

Upon realizing this, we immediately put in a server side fix to prevent players from starting this Quest too early. However, we are aware that some players were able to complete it before the fix was applied.

We kindly ask that you refrain from posting any content (screenshots, videos, discussions, etc.) related to this [SPOILER] Quest. Once players have followed the intended path to unlock it, this restriction will no longer apply. But for now please be mindful of what you post so as to not spoil the experience for others.

For those who did not experience this, please be cautious when reading Warframe: 1999 chatter if you’re sensitive to spoilers. We apologize greatly for this. 

If you wish to have your [SPOILER] Quest reset in order to experience it proper when the time comes, please contact Support.  

There’s so much more in Warframe: 1999 to experience, and we hope you can enjoy what’s in store for you <3

Hi again!

Quick update to this thread to inform those curious that the Hex [SPOILER] Quest can now be accessed properly for those that meet the requirements to unlock it. 

We kindly ask that you still use the spoiler curtesy - but don't be alarmed if you see access to this Quest now.

I completed the Main Quest and now Navigation is showing it again. I should NOT start it, right?

Another question: My To-Do List in the PC calendar says "Kill 0/10 Eximus", how do I complete this?
Because I played the Missions in the Hölvannia Map, a couple of Bounties and other Missions in the regular Star Chart
and no matter what I do it is not progressing, it still says "0/10 Eximus", is it bugged or am I doing something wrong?

EDIT -

The To-Do List can only be completed playing Normal Hölvannia Missions and launching them from The Orbiter.
Using the PC on the Hölvannia Mall doesn't work. This also means you can't complete the To-Do List playing Bounties.

Also I have some important Feedback: There are 3 Types of Medallions, Pizzas (2500 Standing), Burgers (1500) Standing
and every other Item is worth 750 Standing. This means you waste some Daily Standing when redeeming Medallions
if you try to Cap your Daily Standing, usually 250 or 500. It would be nice if some of the 750 Medallions were worth more,
and others worth less (like 900, 750 and 500) so we can redeem EXACTLY our Daily Cap and not fall short or over the limit.

On yesterday , the B part of this Hex quest does show on star chart , it told me to establish relationship with Hex members , then i level up the Hex syndicate , got one time chat with group chat and everyone with private chat once too , then it allow me to type in "Final Chapter" in traditional chinese to enter.

(I didn't save the screenshot window that ask me to type in 'Final Chapter')

after i entered it , it shows another windows that tell me 'Cannot start this mission.' ,then nothing else , i can keep type it again and again , but same result.

 

Interact with Kalymos in 'hidden room' on yesterday and today still the same as the quest window , it still told me to establish relationship with Hex members.

 

My relationship with all 6 members are the same , first level of relationship , 'ambiguous' or 'shady' sorry i don't know what's it call in english version , the relationship progress bar is full , but it does not continue or something.

That's all i can tell at this moment , if there's something you want to ask , i will try my best to answer it.

 

and i just notice , am i get something wrong , normally does it shouldn't be able to access at this moment?

Pardon me currently using traditional chinese interface，there's some certain words that i don't know what it should be in english , might be confused you guys in this post.

Its been 10 years since second dream. The drip feed of answers but not without those answers being wrapped up in new weird questions is tiring and old at this point. To me it feels like DE never knew what the story of warframe was after shifting away from sci fi to fantasy and they especially had no idea what the story of wally is, and every update just kicks the can down the road till they can figure out a story, hoping the players dont notice theyre narratively in over their heads because eldritch horror is an extremely difficult genre to write, let alone make it work in whats ostensibly a game about space ninjas who are also time traveling wizards i guess. I know wally is inevitably just gonna be some bs narrative cop out like “the indifference is a void manifestation of albrechts guilt and depression around his family and his sexuality” or something, which will be awful but at this point id rather they just rip the bandaid off and conclude the arc so they can get back to their lane of serviceable space war—since war is literally in the title of the game— sci fi kinda stuff instead of dangling a narrative carrot in the face of the players while they shove different games into warframe that beyond offering new grinds—not content but grinds—have nothing to do with the core game

Maybe don't patch it maybe leave well enough alone get rid of stupid daily caps on bounty farms as asked since post nerf to system in PoE if players want to move through the content let them it's a matter of choice and those who choose to rush should not be crippled down to "no spoilers" players cuz at this point there's nothing to "spoil" we know how the dlc will be and we're story or lack there of will go

@[DE]Megan I am 3rd rank with Hex and have "Liked" rank with all members. Backroom shows marker at Kalymos with quest option. Is this unlocked as intended? Can i start it or should i wait in case it bugs out?

You should be good to go, that's how I unlocked it as well.
