awsome i know it's a trading forum but I have a question. 

Is it worth to max level Barrel and Hell's hoping for a 20% chance for third shoot or keep them them as lv 4 and save a point for something else? Thanks

It is worth it. 20 % chance is quite alot.

Add it with Lethal Torrent and you get 280% total.  very worth it!

 

 

Thought this was for Hammer Shot and BD.  I don't have Hell's Chamber...

Barrel Diffusion goes together with Lethal Torrent

 

Hell's Chamber multiplies your total pellets so it will be x 1.2 of your total pellets.
