Letter13 Posted December 7, 2013 Share Posted December 7, 2013 Even if you didn't receive the e-mail, you were still eligible to receive a founders gift. I had posted a thread (which was pinned) in General Discussion on how to claim your founders gift, up until the deadline of November 18th. You didn't need the e-mail to claim it... only founder status and filling out a form which was here on this website (there was even a big fancy button for it on the main page at http://warframe.com from Nov. 2nd through the 18th or so). Sadly the deadline has passed, and you can no longer apply for a founders gift. You COULD try to get in touch with support with a support ticket under the category "Founders Gift" though you'll probably be turned away as that's mostly for double-checking shipment information after the fact.
