PSA: Twitch Drops Fulfillment issues for Cross-Save, PC, and iOS Accounts [RESOLVED]

Hi Tenno,

Due to a change in Twitch Drops entitlements, players cannot receive their Claimed Twitch Drops for PC, iOS, and Cross-Save accounts. As we have currently gone dark, we are unable to address this issue until we launch our Interim Cert Build.

Since a large number of players are affected, we are ceasing all Twitch Drops campaigns until this fix has been deployed. We’ll share when to expect this update in Devstream #188.

If you are a player with unfulfilled Twitch Drops from this weekend (ie. you have Claimed them on twitch.tv/drops/inventory but do not see them in your account), these items will be delivered to you once the Interim Cert Build launches.

UPDATE - MAY 21:

This issue should be resolved as of Yareli Prime's launch! Your claimed rewards should be delivered upon login. We will be testing our Drops campaigns to ensure they work properly, so if you are still experiencing issues, please let us know.

I have 150 nightwave credits in twitch drops and there are less than 3 weeks to spend them

I only asked for approximate date, like: you will have sufficient amount of time to redeem or unfortunately it will be too late to spend them and we will compensate you with next nightwave credits instead

I saw the notification and thought it would be funny if you were saying twitch drops were being stopped due to people complaining about them all the time. The fact they are being paused does make it funny.

To everyone who is having issues claiming the NW credits, I watched on phone and used my twitch mobile account to claim it . Idk if that was a fluke . But cheers !

You can leave it turned off. I never liked beeing forced to get some loot only via linking my account to a amazon bought company.

Got worthless 150 Nora's Mix 8 Creds today (as inventory junk), of course we're supposed to be online exactly on that particular important day; typical FOMO game mechanic expectations due to blatantly awful planning...

Tried to get mine out of the way earlier today, since Twitch said the campaign ended at 8pm eastern time, on the 22nd. Can't tell if the issue is that no one has drops enabled or if things are still broken.
