Yes, that is Rebecca in her Mag costume, though with the helmet unequipped (she really only wore it when she arrived and for taking funny pictures). She showed up with the Skana replica as well. Visiting my aunt - taking a selfie And trying to enter the kitchen... I'm sure midgets built her house.
