How Do I Toggle My Weapon's Torch On/off?

Sometimes my weapon's torch comes on automatically, mostly it's turned off, but in very dark areas it would be useful to manually toggle this.

Is this a missing PC feature that never got mapped to the PS4?

I'd prefer not to adjust my gamma, as it is atmospheric having very dark areas, just my noobyness means I sometimes get lost, say missing a turning in the pipes - then the rest of the team at extraction gets to watch my embarrassing attempt to find that side tunnel...

Sadly there is no way to. It's automatic based on the environmental effects, though often times it isn't very good at detecting dark environments.

Ahhh, that explains why it comes on occasionally, and yes it's really not good at detecting.

Maybe a feature request then? or a Gear option, and select from the Gear menu to toggle?
