Dran
This has been happening for quite a long time now (since around the Alad V Hunt event), but I've recently decided to report this, seemingly not many other people have/reported this problem: Whenever I'm in an outdoor-ish (even when inside, just need the sky box to be present) area. I'm terrible at describing so just look at these screenshots: http://cloud-3.steampowered.com/ugc/884127380984719176/58DA788774BCC60D3B6C41E589C5DBB628734FD9/ http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/884127380984685835/C54D8D8057E7FD95BA54AB32E0AC58B838A36F5A/ http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/884127380984669385/47C6943B7A7AABCEECD7778AD78FE2CE5D58B435/ http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/884127380984731621/05B2AF731FB411367804496C946569A652D3A14F/ http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/884127380984742319/E157CB314802170C16278F10D438E27C919AC69E/ http://cloud-3.steampowered.com/ugc/884127380984751791/00FC8EA02C5D05AD5DD5AA9CBF50813618F331AD/ http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/884127380984766359/AC146AA87F48160BA345E3F113EB8E7E3A7E5CD2/ http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/884127380984773601/1045013C9AC8BFD622AE8D83048929F39C2C499E/ *I tried to used commands but keep getting the "extension not allowed" error, so bear with me* - This happens regardless of Multi-threading being on or off - The black dots flicker. The amount of dots range from zero to heavy based on my camera angle (the same spot can look clean => blackened when moving or turning my camera) - They have a tendency to be heavy around objects in the skybox (mountains afar in corpus outpost), floors or walls.
