slots ^^ all other stuff can be obtained through playing =) So slots are the best thing if you have the need for more playstyle variety ^^

For those not aware the correct answer is 0.

I say a reactor for your starter frame (if you like it) and then the remaining 20 on a frame slot. Weapons are easy to dispose and manage, frames not so much. 1 frame is about ~50 hours of enjoyment from my experiences.

I'd personally go for an Orokin Reactor and two sets of weapon slots. I like collecting weapons and it's currently exceedingly rare to get an Orokin Reactor through gameplay that you could end up stuck with a level 15 Warframe for a month plus if you don't buy one.
