It defintley doesnt stop at 10, I think thats a "Rumnor", a bad one at that, started by the community due to the amount of weapons currently in the game. The only friend I know with 8 has his "exp" maxed out but doesn't seem to go higher than it. I suppose there isn't a rank progression trial or anything for it yet.
