Some quick questions, I have an uncommon Reach mod that at max rank gives 45% increased ability range. Is there a rare version of ability range increase that gives better percentages? Also I read on this forum that max rank reach mod is suppose to give more than 45% was it hotfixed or is my mod just bugged?
