Zyfe3rX
DEsteve said our old mods have been made into new super useful fusion cores...so how are we supposed to use it? I mean they just Cost alot.. So anybody found a good way to use them wisely? Upgrading new mods without spend crap load of credits? Did any Dev comment on the fusion cost and related stuff? LordofTibera
Well they since fixed the pricing. You select a mod you want to upgrade, then hit Fusion. Now you just select the fusion cores or duplicate mods to level up the mod you selected. Sure, it can cost upwards of 20k to fully upgrade a skill all the way, but thats reasonable. I personally wouldnt want the whole game handed to me on a platter anyway.
ACE6
i found a way u only add the rare fusion core to the important mods u have it should make u pay less credits(i think) and it upgrades the mod faster cuz i am stupid i wasted half of my rare cores on unimportnt mods Edited March 20, 2013 by ACE6
TheNZX
https://forums.warframe.com/index.php?/topic/16345-experimenting-with-the-new-mod-system-please-read-before-modding/ Apparently it's more cost effective to use a single Rare fusion core at first and then a bunch of common/uncommons to finish the job. Phourc
Upgrading mods without spending craploads of credits is best done by fusing two like mods together (guarantees level 1 if they were both zero). If you don't have the exact same mods, match the symbols in the corner - fusing mods costs less than fusion cores. They already hotfixed the fusion prices once so I doubt they'll change them again for a while. Edited March 20, 2013 by Phourc
Hawkeifun
Fusion cores gives more exp for the mods rather then other mods
